Father
Heart Communications was founded in the spring of 2000 in response
to the growing needs of the ministry of Father's Love Letter
that had begun a year earlier. When FHC began, Barry was pastoring
at a Mennonite Brethren Church in St. Catharines, Ontario and
Anneliese was working part time while managing our busy household
with three growing children.
Before
entering into full time ministry, Barry spent 19 years in the
newspaper advertising business where he developed a passion
to see the gospel shared through every form of media. |
| Never
in their wildest dreams did they imagine that this simple sermon
illustration (first presented in January 1999) would end up
being translated into 90+ languages, touching the hearts of
many people around the world. While they have had to move on
to other responsibilities, their prayer is that this one love
letter will still find its way to every corner of the globe. |
