Father God loves you and wants to give you the desires of your heart. Scripture says that if you simply delight in God and enjoy His friendship, He will give you the desires of your heart. The desires that God is referring to are not your momentary impulses but the deep-seated longings in your heart that are in accordance with His will.
Nothing pleases your heavenly Father more than to grant His children the desires of their hearts. So take pleasure in the Father’s love today—and watch what happens!
PRAYER
Father, I want to take the time to delight in You today. You are a wonderful Father and I love You with all my heart! Thank You for making me the way I am and for promising to give me the secret desires of my heart. I trust in Your divine timing, and I commit all my dreams and plans into Your tender care. Amen.
