My plan for your future has always been filled with hope.
Jeremiah 29:11
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,” says Yahweh, “thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. (WEB)
Wars, famine, pollution, recessions, etc., can cause people to become easily discouraged when they look at the future. The world can seem like a place devoid of hope. But the good news is that your hope is not based on circumstances but in God the Father.
That does not necessarily mean that life will always turn out the way you expect or want, but it does mean that you can always trust in Father God to love you and watch over you. If you commit your life into His care, you are guaranteed, from an everlasting perspective, that you will have an incredible future filled with hope awaiting you. And it is going to last forever!
PRAYER
Father, thank You that whatever my earthly circumstances, I need not fear nor despair, for You are in ultimate control of my life. Help me to commit my life to You, trusting in Your faithfulness to accomplish all that You have promised to do. I thank You that Your plan for me is filled with hope and a future. Amen.
