He came to demonstrate that I am for you, not against you.
Romans 8:31
What then shall we say about these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? (WEB)
At times in your life you have probably encountered people and obstacles that seem to be going in a different direction than you. This can be a very discouraging and lonely reality. The truth is that God is for you, not against you.
Not only is He on your side, but He is cheering you on as He plans great things for your life. You can be confident that your heavenly Daddy is the biggest, strongest, most loving Person in the universe and has declared to the heavens that He is for you!
PRAYER
Father, I admit that sometimes I feel as though the whole world is against me. But I thank You that Your love causes all things to work together for my good. Jesus demonstrated Your love for me and has convinced me of Your unfailing acceptance and affection. I thank You that I will forever be Your child. Amen.
